[CCA] Saturday Reset - Issue #032

Hi Reader,

Two and a half days.

By Tuesday morning the founding price is gone — $297 becomes $497, and the direct-reply line I built into the founding stack closes with it.

Let me make this clean.

What Closes Monday Night

Mon Jun 8, 11:59pm ET. Three things end at that moment:

  1. Founding price. $297 on AIS, $297 on Stay Sharp. Tuesday Jun 9 at 6am ET, both step up to $497 standard.
  2. The direct-reply line. Thirty days of “I’m stuck on this” email access to me — that’s the founding-cohort bonus, and it closes for new buyers Tuesday.
  3. Stay Sharp cap progress. Whatever seats remain after Mon night carry forward to the August Wave-2 window (cart Aug 10–23). SS is the only product with real cumulative scarcity.

No countdown timer. No fake “12 hour flash sale.” Three concrete things, one specific date.

One thing that doesn’t close Monday: the Pack Library bonus I added this week. Both waves get it — so it’s not a reason to rush. But founding buyers get the first drop (the Foundation Pack and the Cadence Pack) by June 15, and buying now just starts that clock earlier.

A Word If You’re on the Fence

I built both products for a specific person.

For AIS — a solopreneur who’s been using AI tools inconsistently and wants the workflows you’ve been promising yourself to build, in 8 weeks not 8 quarters.

For Stay Sharp — a practitioner who’s noticed something’s off about their own work. Faster, polished, slightly less yours. The guardrails you wish you’d installed six months ago, before you noticed the drift. The bet underneath it: you get sharper using the tool — not quietly outsourced to yourself.

If you’ve been reading these emails for months and one of those two sentences described you when you read it — you don’t need another newsletter from me to decide. You know. And if you ran the two-question test I sent Wednesday, you already know which quadrant you’re standing in; I’m not going to add urgency to something that honest.

If neither described you, I respect the self-knowledge. The summer is long; we’ll cross paths over content. No pressure on Monday night.

The Quiet Promise

Most AI courses make loud promises. Here’s my quiet one.

Six months from now, you’ll still sound like you. Your clients will still pay you for the specific thing only you can do. You’ll be shipping more of it, faster, with less friction.

That’s the bet. That’s the whole bet.

Two Doors

Cart closes Mon Jun 8, 11:59pm ET.

Excelsior,

P.S.: After Monday night nothing dramatic happens — same courses, same delivery, same 30-day refund. Just the price changes and the direct-reply line closes. If those two are the difference between yes and not-yet, that’s the call to make this weekend.

Hi Reader,One correction before anything else: I told you the live session was August 12. I’m moving it. Here’s the honest reason — the Sampler Pack lands Monday, August 17, and running a live workshop on the loop five days before you have the thing that runs it was backwards sequencing on my part. The workshop moves to September, after you’ve had a few weeks to put the Sampler to work in your own business — so when you watch the loop run live, your own work is in it, not mine. The Sampler...

Hi Reader,Open the AI you use most and ask one question: if I stopped using it tomorrow, what would I take with me? If the answer is “nothing — my standards live in their tool,” you’re using an assistant, and renting. If the answer is “my standards, my corrections, my whole way of working, because they live in my system,” you’re running an operating system, and owning. Most people, honestly, are renting. Assistant vs. operating system An assistant responds to the request in front of it and...

Hi Reader,“But my work is judgment work. You can’t measure that.” I’ve heard it a hundred times, and I understand why people believe it — the only way you’ve ever experienced AI is without a standard, without a review, without a number. Just vibes. So measuring it sounds impossible, or like pretending. Here’s the thing. I spent 35 years measuring things people swore couldn’t be cleanly measured — risk, exposure, the probability a number was wrong — at two of North America’s largest banks....
